Documents | 50th Wedding Anniversary article for Earl and Shiloh (Hudson) Bryner Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bryner of Rock Island, formerly of Kewanee, will observe their golden wedding anniversary on Sunday, May 1.[1960] They will be honored at a family dinner at 1 p.m. and with an open house from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Pythian Club, 4401 7th Avenue, Rock Island. The former Shiloh Hudson and Earl Bryner were married May 1, 1910 in Kewanee by the Rev. George Bryner, a brother of Mr. Bryner. They have resided in Rock Island since 1928. They are the parents of two children, a son, Leonard of Rock Island, and a daughter, Mrs. Edward (Reba) Boyd, also of Rock Island. They have four grand-children and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Bryner was employed by the Minneapolis-Moline Plow Co. of Moline until his retirement in 1955. Mr. and Mrs. Bryner are both members of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Rock Island. |
