Headstone for Beuford Ficklin 10/27/05- B., How do people know that the "Ficklin" stone is for Buford? Does it just say Ficklin? -Ma. Vigor * * * * * 10/29/05- I checked it out a couple of years ago when Lee showed me the stone for his site. He said that Buford's wife never had first names put on stone. No date either. 1970 or 1971 was date of death. He worked for Sherrard Power Co. and fell off a power pole. He was not supposed to be on it because he was a meter reader after he fell off a pole in the 60's. Another lineman had a bowling tournament that day so Buford went up to repair and fell.
