Well Known Kewanee Young Man Stricken One Week Ago - Death Occurs Tues.

Funeral Thursday

Albert William Hepner, whose death was announced yesterday, was born in Kewanee, July 27, 1889, and at the time of his death he was 30 years and 6 months old. He attended Kewanee schools and for the past thirteen years he worked as a core-setter in the grey iron foundry of the Walworth plant.

His marriage to Mrs. Katie Nicholsn Garard took place November 1, 1915, the ceremony being performed in this city.  No children were born to the union.  The surviving relatives include the widow, two step sons, Edward and Harry Garard; four brothers, Adolph Hepner, Rock Island; Fred, Louis and Frank Hepner, Kewanee; five sisters, Mrs. Frank Binno, Mrs. F. W. Bartz, Mrs. George Wilsey and Mrs. Ben Lauterborn, all of Kewanee; Mrs. Lizzie Lamberty, Evanston, Ill.  Both of Mr. Hepner's parents preceded him in death.
